讲师介绍：
钱先生
 毕业于浙江大学，上海交通大学MBA，获IPMP认证.钱先生在制造业及IT行业有近十年从业经验，担任过项目管理中的各种角色，从项目成员、项目经理到集团PMO的项目主管、事业部的项目总监及运营总监、集团运营的高级经理。熟悉项目流程和实际操作，对项目管理有着深刻的认识和理解。所服务过的企业主要是国际知名的大型制造企业和IT信息技术公司，所接触和服务过的行业主要集中在制造型企业和信息管理系统。
 在某国内知名大型集团公司担任系统集成事业部运营总监并担任集团高级项目主管期间，全面负责系统集成事业部的项目运营管理，具体包括整个事业部的项目管理、人力资源管理、经营管理、行政管理、ISO质量管理等方面工作。在集团层面，领导实施企业内部信息化系统，在该项目中，先后在SAP项目组和OA项目组中任项目负责人。在SAP项目组中对公司流程做现状描述和未来设计；在OA项目组中对公

Mr. Qian

Mr. QIAN has more than 10 years experiences in manufacturing and IT industries. He acted as different roles of project management, such as project members, project manager, PMO supervisor of group, project director of division, operation director and senior manager of group. He masters project process and practical operation, understands project management deeply. The companies he served are famous big manufacturing and IT companies.
When Mr. QAIN acted as operation director of SI division and senior project supervisor of group, he was in charge of the system integration division’s operation, including program management, human resource management, operation management, administration management and ISO quality management. Important projects he monitored are: Jingan public net, Qingpu public net, Chongming public net, Shanghai telecom Data Collecting System, Tobacco Group net system. His primary responsibilities: tracking the plan, monitoring the execution, checking the milestones, coordinating the relationships of different departments, and evaluating the projects.
Mr. QIAN led to execute the enterprise information system project in the group. In this project, he acted as PM of SD modules in SAP and PM of OA project. He made status description and future designing for the company process in SAP project. He designed the process and system on project management areas in OA project and was charge of system execution.
